Organic has been THE word that is slowly getting into our daily life and making us all conscious about the things we do. And that certainly has influenced the art scene as well in the last decade. Michel Blazy, is one of them. He has been using mashed carrots, lentils, oranges and everyday materials ever since he started making art. He would often let them spoil until they get fungus and rotten. The Time, The Experiments, The Perishables and The Rhythms are fundamental themes to his work. His latest creation, entitled "Bouquet Final," is an installation of scaffoldings filled with bath foams that slowly collapse on the ground. What's interesting is that the art seems to have a life of its own and you'll see that when you go and see it in the morning and then in the afternoon where the foam changes shapes and it's almost like looking at the clouds in the sky. If you are ready to admire something organic and ephemeral, be sure to check it out before July 15th, 2012.
