Dreaming of Monuments

The Conciergerie museum, one of the biggest Gothic halls in France, is now sharing some of the wildest dreams and imaginations of monuments from builders and artists in their latest exhibition entitled "Rêve de Monuments." Nostalgic dreams of historical ruins in different periods from Hubert Robert, Victor Hugo, Gustave Doré allowing visitors to discover some romantic English Gothic style of the late 18th century. Imaginations from comic books, popular illustrations, cinema, video games are all presented as well to allow us admire those enchanting monuments that sometimes scare us. There will also be games for children to create their own dream monument at this exhibition. A great place to spend some fun time for the whole family during the holiday seasons. So don't forget to go and discover the magic before February 24th, 2013.
