The Japanese cosmetic brand Shiseido is celebrating its 140th year in business this weekend in Paris sharing some of their best advertisements that marked the art of make-up history. Their colours and graphics had transformed the Japanese visual communication around the world since 1916. Works from the illustrator such as Ayao Yamana and many others, have shown through these posters and throughout all those years on the beauty of those modern girls who were referred to as moga by the Japanese. The exhibition "Un trait plus loin (A streak further in French)" is a two-day only exhibition, a new style at the famous contemporary art museum Le Palais de Tokyo, to show something cool in a limited time. So don't miss out this weekend! See you there!
