ART is indeed everywhere in PARIS.  Now you can also enjoy beautiful art  for free along the Seine River while walking around the City of Light.  Created in 2007 by the Parisian museum of anthropologies le Quai Branly near the bridge le Pont de l'Alma, the biennale P | H | O | T | O | Q | U | A | I (which literally means photo (on) pier/docks in French) aimes to showcase non-Western photographies by international artists, present to the Parisians, the French and the tourists from around the globe who come to visit the city. The first two editions in 2007 and 2009 brought over 116 photos from 30 different countries.  This third edition, is currently happening now in Paris and will run through November 11th, 2011.  There are 46 photographs from 29 countries this time.  So if you are currently in town or planning to come for a visit, don't forget to stop by the pier after your visit at the Quai Branly.  If you can't make it in person, you can always click here to see all the beautiful work on your computer screen.  Enjoy!
