This past weekend started the 9th edition of the Paris Cinema Festival. After Brazil, Korea, Lebanon, Philippines, Turkey and Japan, the festival is honouring Mexico films this year. The festival will run from July 2nd till July 13th at various movie theaters around the City of Light. The guests of honours this year include some of the international stars such as Isabella Rossellini, Michael Lonsdale and Gael Garcia Bernal, etc. The festival aims to discover filmmakers through an international competition as well to explore a wide range of film-making styles.
