Tea or Coffee? It's one of the questions that we hear pretty much everyday and everywhere. In restaurants, on the planes, or simply between friends. But do you know that tea has been around for thousands of years originally from China? This popular drink dated back in the Tang Dynasty and progressively spread through the rest of Asia for over two millenniums. Its consumption had also gone through several periods: Boiled Tea under the Tang Dynasty (year 618 - 907); Battered Tea under the Song Dynasty (year 960 - 1279); Infused Tea under the Ming Dynasty (year 1368 - 1644). In collaboration with Le Palais des Thés, the exhibition entitled "Le Thé - Histoires d'une boisson millénaire (Tea - Histories of a millennial drink), tells an usual story of a legendary drink that we all come to know it today. If you are a tea drinker, this is definitely an exhibition to add more flavor to something you love and adore on your daily basis especially in this chilly weather that is starting to invade our city. So don't miss it before January 7th, 2013. So what is your favorite tea?
