Reminiscence, a sense of déjà vu, is something that we all had experienced at one point or another in our lives. And the experience is now being extended, captured and registered by the Slovakia artist Roman Ondàk at the Modern Museum of Paris. Ondàk uses memory as a core element while allowing the viewer's imaginary to search freely and collectively in his work entitled "Measuring the Universe." It is an ongoing, open-ended piece where the public and the museum personnel can all participate and leave a trace of himself/herself on the wall of the exhibition. Conceptual minimalist, the artist also invites the visitors to discover his other work and points of view that challenge our perception and recollection. If you think that you are up to the challenge, make sure that you go and check it out before December 16th, 2012. Make sure that you leave a traces there to show your participative spirit!
