Through an Open Window

Dutch Institute is presenting, for the first time, the best artworks from the Rabo Art Collection here in the Paris. Entitled "Through an open window," a title from one of the sculptures of the artist Karel Appel, the exhibition showcases 40 artists of different generations of artists from various backgrounds. The Dutch Rabobank has one of the most important private contemporary art collections in Holland with an initial focus only on Dutch masterpieces but slowly expanded their collection with works from Olafur Eliasson from Danmark and Yinka Shonibare from the UK among others. If you haven't heard much about other Dutch artists since Vincent van Gogh, this is your chance to discover new talent of our time from the land of tulips. The exhibition will end on November 4th, 2012.
