Say Cheeeeeeeese!

Eating cheese is probably one of the most popular national sports in France, well, after the football (soccer), of course.  The Parisian pop-up gallery Milk Factory, a co-op dairy culinary lab, is currently exhibiting the art of cheese-eating entitled "Design sur un Plateau" with the collaborations of object designers such as Fx Ballery, Germain Bourré, Stéphane Bureaux, 5.5 Designers, Claudio Colucci and Julie Rothhahn.  French cheese comes in a variety of tastes, smells, textures, shapes, sizes and colours, so it's logical that in the 21st century, we should also have a new way of personalizing their presentation according to their individual flavour before enjoying them. If you are interested in the art of cheese eating, you only have less than 2 weeks left until January 14th, 2012 before the cheese are all gone!
