Eiffel Lifting

World renown Parisian landmark the Eiffel Tower is getting a lift soon.  For the third time in 120 years, after the redesign by André Granet in 1937, by François Dhôtel in 1981, this time will be by the agency Moatti-Rivère to give the first floor of the tower a lifting, scheduled to be done by the summer of 2013.  This 25 millions euro operation aims to bring back the beauty of the first floor that has been much ignored by the visitors compares to the 2nd and the top floors of the tower, according to the company that owns Eiffel.  If you still haven't made it there, click here to see what makes it the world's most famous tower.
