Did you say LAB?

Molecular cuisine has slowly catching up here in Paris in the recently years but it is often found only in the gastronomic cuisine, expensive and not accessible to most people due to its complex research involved.  Indeed, Art and Science, to many, don't seem to go together due to their differences in nature.  Now here is a new store in Paris that attempts to prove it wrong and is reasonably priced.  The store is called, the lab store, a name which is easily understood but at the same time, hard to know exactly what it sells.  Opened up fairly recently, this concept store aims to produce and sell designs that combine science and culture experiences that will sure give the thrill-seekers a new sensation.  All of their designs do bare health and ecological benefits in mind and it is definitely a step towards the future.  Intrigued?  Interested?  Why not come and check it out just for fun?
